VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 8, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Aquinox Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Aquinox”) (AQXP), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company discovering and developing targeted therapeutics in disease areas of inflammation and immuno-oncology, today announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $75 million of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. In connection with this offering, Aquinox expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $11.25 million of additional shares of common stock.
